On Monday evening, around 7:20 p.m., a worrying traffic accident occurred in the Kröpeliner-Tor-Vorstadt district of Rostock. A nine -year -old boy was slightly injured when he suddenly ran onto the street behind a parked car. The 32-year-old driver of a VW Golf, who quickly approached, could no longer slow down in time and crashed into the child.

The injured child was immediately taken to a Rostock clinic where it is treated. Fortunately, it is only minor injuries, but the incident again raises questions about the safety of pedestrians. The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
