A 28-year-old man from Northeim caused a spectacular accident in Häuserstrasse on Sunday evening. The driver who was traveling with a VW lost control while turning into Mauerstrasse and crashed against a house wall and a traffic sign. What is even more frightening: he just got out of dust after the incident!

However,

witnesses were able to identify the cause and his vehicle quickly. A breath alcohol test revealed a shocking value of 1.86 per thousand! In addition, the driver was not in possession of a driver's license. After a blood sample, the car keys were taken from him, but it was quickly released. The total damage to property is around 3,500 euros. The police are now investigating for traffic accident escape, driving without a driving license and hazarding road traffic from alcohol.
