Pedelec thefts in Lemgo: Police are looking for witnesses!

Lemgo, Deutschland - in Lemgo, two pedelecs were stolen on Monday, May 5, 2025. Between 07.45 and 2:45 p.m., a beige/black "Cube" pedelec disappeared from the school premises of the junior high school in Kleiststrasse, which was properly chained there. The bike was safe on the bicycle stand near the bus turning point, as thieves.

Just a few hours later, between 1.30 p.m. and 4 p.m., strangers captured a silver "cube" pedelec including a bicycle pocket in the street "Alkenbrede". This bike was also completed and parked on the premises of a company. The Lippe police have started the investigation and is looking for information from the population. The perpetrators seem to have targeted pedelecs - an alarming trend!
