On Sunday, May 4, 2025, a unstilanted vehicle attracted the attention of the police on Autobahn 27, between Bremerhaven-Geestemünde and Bremerhaven-Wulsdorf. Around 3:30 p.m., passers -by reported the car that stood on the side strip without license plates. When the officials arrived, the motor of the car was still warm, which indicates that it was recently parked.

Since no occupants could be found nearby, the vehicle was secured. Several criminal proceedings are now underway against the previously unknown driver. The Geestland police are therefore looking for witnesses who can provide information about the driver or any license plates. Please report information to the phone number (04743 9280).
