In early Tuesday morning, May 20, 2025, the federal police determined a 33-year-old Poland in Elten, which was stopped on a border control on federal road 8. When checking his personal details, it turned out that there was an arrest warrant against him - due to driving without a license. The man is sought by the Kleve public prosecutor and either have to pay a fine of 600 euros or take a 12-day prison sentence.

Since he could not pay the fine, the man was arrested and brought to the office. After completing all police measures, he was transferred to Kleve prison to compete. A clear case that shows that legislative violations do not remain unpunished even at the border crossing!
