Police holds a bicycle thief in Osnabrück-e-bike is looking for a new owner!

on Wednesday evening, around 10:30 p.m., a 21-year-old woman alarmed the police on Piesberger Straße because of a suspicious man who was struggling with an expensive bike. Shortly afterwards, the officials met a 35-year-old man from Lotte, who could not explain where the bike came from. Various tools were found for breaking up and cutting when the suspect search. Evidence of the rightful possession of the e-bike was completely missing.

The seized bike is a green e-bike of the Focus brand, which has paint damage in several places. The police initiated an investigation into suspected bicycle theft and confiscated the bicycle for securing the ownership and the tools for security reasons.
