Lärchenstraße, 65451 Kelsterbach, Deutschland - A nightly traffic attack ended with a wild escape attempt: On the night of Saturday at 0:25 a.m., a driver on Frankfurter Strasse was to be checked by the Kelsterbach police. Instead of stopping, the 44-year-old stepped onto the accelerator and raced over the southern Ringstrasse and Mörfelder Landstrasse at speeds of up to 130 km/h. His risky maneuver finally found an abrupt end in Lärchenstraße.

The driver jumped out of the car and tried to flee on foot, but the police were faster and temporarily arrested him. While he was using cocaine and marijuana, he was also on the road without a valid driver's license. Now the man threatens investigative proceedings due to a forbidden motor vehicle race, driving under the influence of drugs and driving without a license. However, his unknown passenger escaped undetected.
