Rapid chase in Duisburg: Police stops moped-raser!

On Monday evening, April 7, a hundred of the Duisburg police at 7 p.m. observed a group of small skating bikers who gave rise to grave road into Schumannstrasse at excessive speed. When the drivers discovered the officials, they started to flee. A 15-year-old managed to escape with his moped via a pedestrian path towards Sternbuschweg.

The police provided two other members of the group near garages and secured their vehicle. The 15-year-old was taken to the police station and then handed over to the care of his legal guardians. Several criminal complaints were made against those involved, and the initially fleeting motorcyclist has already been identified.
