Renery in Münster: Police flashes hundreds of speed speedsters!

On Monday, May 12th, the police in Münster organized large traffic and speed controls on Thierstrasse from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. In just eight hours, the officials had to stop fabulous 107 drivers who had exceeded the approved top speed of 50 km/h! A particularly rapid driver even raced 35 km/h faster and now faces a fine of over 200 euros and a point in Flensburg.

In addition to Thierstrasse, controls were also carried out on Wilhelmstrasse, Schillerstraße and Rüschhausweg. In total, 26 violations of cyclists and 15 by drivers were punished. The police made it clear: speed and consideration are on the test!
