Huge demo in Hamburg: Thousands march through the city!

Hamburger Stadtgebiet, Deutschland - On May 1, 2025, Hamburg becomes the scene of great demonstrations! A total of five lifts are planned, with around 8,000 participants who will fill the streets of the city together. The first event begins at 10:15 a.m. in Habichtstraße and moves to the Wiesendamm. A second march starts at 1:00 p.m. at the straw house, while the third elevator takes its way to the Alster shortly after 1:15 p.m. A fourth demonstration will be in the streets of Eilbek at 4:00 p.m. and will take until late in the evening.

The Hamburg police warn of considerable traffic impairments and recommends that citizens adapt their travel plans accordingly. Residents are also asked to take into account the high number of participants, especially when parking their vehicles. The police are available for current traffic information to answer press requests on Thursday from 12:00 p.m. So be warned and plan your routes!
