Fast all -clear in Oldenburg: Dangerous package was harmless!

On Tuesday afternoon, a large fire, police and rescue operation in Göhler Straße occurred in Oldenburg. A suspicious mailing had triggered the alarm, but around 11 p.m. the redeeming all -clear followed: the white, powder -like substance turned out to be completely harmless! After careful analysis, a health risk could never be found.

During the mission, 13 people were evacuated, including four employees who may come into contact with the powder. Fortunately, these received medical care, but were unharmed. The police have started the investigation to clarify the background of the letter disposition and check possible criminal crime. However, there is currently no evidence of connections to similar incidents in Oldenburg this year.
