On Wednesday afternoon, there was a serious traffic accident in Sindelfingen, in which four children were slightly injured. An 81-year-old man who drove the Sommerhofenstraße with his VW Touran overlooked the red traffic light and collided with an Opel Vivaro who was directed by a 53-year-old. He probably wanted to turn left into Hohenzollernstrasse at green.

In the VW there were six children, three of them - a seven -year -old boy and two girls aged seven and six years - suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital. A five -year -old boy in the Opel was also slightly injured. Overall, the property damage remained around 30,000 euros, the two vehicles were no longer ready to drive and had to be towed. The intersection was closed until 2:35 p.m. while the police carried out the accident.
