Shock! Trucks and transporters collide in Kirch-Grubenhagen

In the afternoon of May 22, 2025, it crashed at Teterower Str. In Kirch-Grubenhagen-a spectacular traffic accident between a truck and a van! At 4:50 p.m. the police officers had to rush quickly to the scene of the accident because a possible injury was reported. Fortunately, the drivers remained intact: the 31-year-old Polish truck driver and his 56-year-old German colleague in the van were able to get out of their vehicles without injuries.

However, the clarification of the cause of the accident is exciting: the truck drove in a curve while the van pushed with it. The impact was fatal: the van is now ready to scrap! Initial investigations indicate a possibly existing oil track that could have withdrawn control of the driver. The total damage is estimated at around 10,000 euros. The L20 was temporarily closed until the accident team and a special company were able to prepare the road again.
