Pallaswiesenstraße / Frankfurter Straße, 64293 Darmstadt, Deutschland - On Saturday morning, May 3, a serious traffic accident occurred in Darmstadt. A regular bus driver turned right at the Pallaswiesenstraße / Frankfurter Straße intersection and collided with a 64-year-old pedestrian who wanted to cross the street. Due to the impact, both the woman and four passengers of the bus suffered minor injuries and were sometimes brought to nearby hospitals.

The accident led to a massive use of rescue workers on site. In the meantime, tram traffic came to a standstill at times, which further fueled the situation. The police are investigating and asking for witnesses to the incident to contact the 1st police station in Darmstadt on 06151/969-41110.
