Shocking attack in Weil am Rhein: man seriously injured!

On Thursday evening, April 24, 2025, a 42-year-old man in Freiburg was brutally attacked and seriously injured. Around 8:40 p.m., a passerby discovered the strongly alcoholic injuries in Blumenmühlgasse, bleeding and lying on the ground. The man reported that an unknown attacker had attacked him in the face. A jaw fracture was diagnosed in the clinic.

The police are now urgently looking for witnesses to the incident. The alleged perpetrator is described as about 18 years old with curly, black hair. The attack could have taken place near Hammersteiner Straße between Landstrasse 134 and Waldeckstrasse. Every hint is important for further investigations.
