K 18, 67459 Böhl-Iggelheim, Deutschland - On Monday afternoon, a shocking traffic accident on the K 18 between Böhl-iggelheim and Hochdorf caused excitement! An 89-year-old driver from Laumersheim overlooked the right of way of a 57-year-old driver from Esthal at the intersection to the L 528. There was a dramatic collision! Both drivers suffered minor injuries while a rescue helicopter was nearby for a short time.

The two cars were damaged so much in the crash that they had to be towed. The total damage is estimated at around 10,000 euros. The injured were immediately taken to the surrounding hospitals with ambulances. An exciting afternoon that shows once again how quickly life can change!
