Shocking traffic accident in Hoogstede: 78-year-old seriously injured!

On Wednesday afternoon at 2:15 p.m., a serious traffic accident occurred on the Bathorner Diek in Hoogstede. A 66-year-old Audi driver overtook a 78-year-old cyclist who was about to turn left. The car touched the older lady who fell and injured himself with life.

The cyclist was immediately taken to the hospital with an ambulance. The police estimate the property damage at around 600 euros. The investigation into the course of the accident continues.
