On Monday evening, a dramatic accident occurred on Hermann-Ehlers-Straße in Osnabrück on Monday evening: a 38-year-old man from Emsdetten, who was traveling with his Audi, wanted to turn to a parking lot of a bakery. He collided with an oncoming motorcyclist who allegedly drove on the bus lane. The impact was violent - the motorcycle immediately caught fire and hurled against a parked Opel.

The 31-year-old motorcyclist from Georgsmarienhütte suffered serious injuries in the collision and had to be taken to the hospital with the emergency services. The driver was not injured, but considerable damage to property occurred on all three vehicles. First aiders managed to delete the burning motorcycle, then both the Audi and the motorcycle had to be towed. There were noticeable traffic impairments during the accident recording.
