Serious bike accident in Kevelaer: Police are looking for a witness in the black Volvo!

On Thursday, May 8, 2025, a serious accident occurred in Kevelaer around 6:40 p.m. A 17-year-old cyclist from Weeze plunged on Windmühlenstrasse for an unknown cause and suffered considerable injuries. He was immediately taken to a hospital with the emergency services. Tragic: the adolescent cannot remember the incident.

The police are urgently looking for witnesses! A woman who spoke to the injured cyclist shortly after the fall had stated that he had observed the accident before she drove away in a black Volvo. The traffic commissioner in Geldern therefore asks for information on the woman and the course of the accident on 02831 1250.
