Serious accident on B27: Several injuries after a collision!

On Wednesday afternoon, around 3:15 p.m., a serious traffic accident occurred on the B27 near Petersberg, height of the Marbach Süd exit. A 53-year-old man from Petersberg lost control of his Ford Transit for an unknown cause and crashed head-on in three vehicles that were waiting at the left-hand lane of oncoming traffic.

In the accident, the transit driver and a 55-year-old Mercedes driver and his 49-year-old passenger were seriously injured. A 40-year-old Seat driver and a 21-year-old Skoda driver also suffered minor injuries. All those affected were immediately taken to a nearby hospital.

The federal road was completely closed in both directions during the accident recording. The police, emergency services and fire brigade were on site to cope with the situation and provide the injured.
