Serious accident on B278: Pedelec drivers seriously injured!

On Saturday afternoon, April 26, 2025, there was a serious traffic accident on the B278 between Günthers and Tann. An 84-year-old Pedelec driver, who drove the bike path running parallel to the main road, wanted to cross the street and overlooked a BMW entitled to a way, dangers from a 34-year-old man. Despite an evasive attempt, there was a collision in which the Pedelec driver fell and seriously injured.

rescue workers immediately brought the injured victim to a nearby hospital. The participating vehicles resulted in property damage of around 2,300 euros. The Hilder police were on site with a radio patrol car, supported by the fire brigades from Tann and Günthers. Witnesses of the accident are asked to contact the police on 06681/9612-0.
