In the early Sunday morning, May 18, 2025, a spectacular traffic accident occurred on the B42 in Rheinbrohl. A 25-year-old driver raced from the road for an unknown cause and crashed against several traffic signs and a tree unchecked. The force of the impact was enormous and caused a bad fear.

The young man was seriously injured and had to be taken to the hospital immediately by the emergency services. The police from Linz were quickly on site, as was the fire brigade, which ensured that there were no further dangers from the accident vehicle.
