The accident occurred around 6:15 p.m. when a 26-year-old man was traveling towards Gägelow with his Mitsubishi. For an unknown cause, the driver lost control of his vehicle in a right curve. As a result, he got on the opposite lane, where there was a frontal collision with a police car that was on the way to an assignment.
