Serious accident on L 125: Small car crashes in SUV and tree!

On Monday, September 9th, 2024, a shocking traffic accident occurred on the state road 125 at around 4:30 p.m. A small car that raced towards Winningen Airport, suddenly came across the wrong road and crashed into full force against an approaching SUV. The sight was horrendous - both vehicles turned like slot machines in a jackpot and the small car finally crashed into a tree!

The devastation on the street

The force of the impact was so huge that the fire brigade had to move out to remove the tree that stood in the way of the crashed car. The two drivers' injuries are serious - they had to be brought to Koblenz hospitals immediately. The cars? In a miserable condition, hardly ready to drive and totally demolished!

The circumstances of the accident are still unclear. The police have started the investigation into the cause of the accident and completely blocked the country road for the duration of the examinations. A scenario that should not only shock the participants, but also the residents and the passers -by!
