Serious accident in Dortmund: truck rams two strikes!

In the late afternoon, there was a serious traffic accident in Dortmund: At 5:33 p.m., a truck collided with two strains on Eating Strasse. For reasons unknown, the saddle tractor rams the first light rail in the rear area. The impact was so violent that the train was lifted from the rails and pushed into the opposite direction. A second light rail that drove in the opposite direction too.

The fire brigade was on site and used a total of 47 emergency services from various fire guards and the emergency services. Several passengers were injured in the collision - three of them had to be taken to the hospital. In order to support the affected passengers, the fire brigade's psychosocial emergency care was available. At the same time, a special unit supported the fast rescue work to quickly remove the disturbances in road traffic.
