Serious accident in Durlach: Pedelec driver crashes in BMW!

On Monday morning there was a serious traffic accident in the Durlach district of Karlsruhe. A 60-year-old Pedelec driver was seriously injured when she drove on the sidewalk on Badener Straße in the wrong direction around 9:50 a.m. At the intersection to Rittnerstraße, she allegedly wanted to cross the red pedestrian light and collided with a BMW that was directed by a 73-year-old woman.

The accident led to property damage of around 6,500 euros. The Karlsruhe traffic police have started the investigation into the exact approach of the accident.
