On Saturday afternoon, April 19, a serious traffic accident occurred in the heart of Neuss. Around 4:30 p.m., an 18-year-old driver from Neuss drove his Renault the Hamtorwall towards Promenadenstrasse when he collided with a 13-year-old pedestrian at the Niedtor stop.
