yesterday morning, more precisely on September 3 at 11:00 a.m., a serious traffic accident occurred on Landstrasse 294, which shook the people involved deeply. The incident took place near the confluence with the Freiehalle and led to a person with serious injuries.

A 60-year-old man from Leichlingen drove his Piaggio motorcycle towards the Freienhalle. He intended to turn left. According to the traffic signs, however, he was on a right of way. This means that he had a right of way and generally could expect a safe turn. Immediately at this point, a 55-year-old woman from Leverkusen came to the left with her Volkswagen from Freienhalle to Landstrasse 294.
