Serious traffic accident: cyclists (73) injured in collision!

On Friday morning, shortly after 10:30 a.m., a serious traffic accident occurred at the Augustin-Wibbelt-Straße / Weilautstraße in Steinfurt. An 18-year-old driver from the Netherlands drove to the intersection when a 73-year-old cyclist suddenly turned on from the left. There was a dramatic collision between the car and the bike.

The cyclist, an ochtruper, suffered serious injuries in the impact and was immediately taken to a hospital with an ambulance. The property damage is estimated at around 3,300 euros. The police started the investigation to clarify the exact course of the accident.
