An 81-year-old man was only slightly injured yesterday in an accident with his electrical medical elevator in the climbing road in Ulm. At around 4 p.m. the senior drove towards Bergerhauser Straße when he was apparently too fast on the precipitation route. The vehicle skidded, overturned and the driver fell onto the street.

The emergency services were quickly on hand and took the man to a hospital as a precaution. The damage to the hospital chair is estimated at around 500 euros.
