In Cologne-Dellbrück, a brutal attack occurred on an 81-year-old senior citizen on Wednesday afternoon. Shortly after 2 p.m., the woman picked up money on a ATM when a man about 1.70 meter tall with a three-day beard and slim stature packed her from behind.
