Peter-Debye-Stieg, 37075 Göttingen, Deutschland - on Easter Saturday, April 19, 2025, a senior citizen was attacked in the Weende-Nord district of Göttingen. At around 2:50 p.m., an unknown perpetrator attacked the woman on the Peter Debye climb, although she suffered significant injuries and had to be taken to the hospital. The alleged robber, described in a red-yellow top, fled with her shopping bag, which contained her wallet with personal documents and 300 euros in cash.

The police initiated a search, but it was unsuccessful. A passer -by later discovered the woman's bag on Lubecusweg, but without the wallet. The investigators are now asking for information from witnesses who saw a cyclist on Saturday afternoon who could correspond to the perpetrator.
