Last week the police in Limburg was challenged by a number of incidents. A motorcycle theft, property damage and a traffic accident were the focus of the investigation.
In Hadamar, theft occurred between Sunday evening and Monday morning, which alerted the local community. Unknown perpetrators damaged a garage door in Neugasse and undressed several vehicles. The stolen objects included a pedelec of the "Crussis" brand and a striking red/black "Kawasaki Versys", which is registered under the official license plate LM-PE 58. The Limburg criminal police asks for information from the citizens who may have noticed something suspicious.

The situation in Waldbrunn was similarly worrying, where there were deliberate damage to a solar park between Saturday and Sunday evening. Employees of the facility discovered several fences on Sunday evening, which were damaged by unknown people. This not only represents damage to property, but also raises questions about the security of such installations. The police have started the investigation and is looking for witnesses who could have information about the incidents.
Another incident that took place in the same region was to destroy a tire on a Ford Transit. Between Saturday 5 p.m. and Sunday 5 p.m., the left front tire of the vehicle in Bergstrasse in Fussingen was deliberately destroyed. This resulted in property damage of around 200 euros. The investigators in Limburg are also dependent on information on this perpetrator.
In addition, the officials in Hadamar had to deal with a traffic accident in which a 30-year-old driver was slightly injured. There was a collision in Mainz Landstrasse on Sunday when the driver of a Peugeot suddenly came off the road and crashed into a parked Golf. This was pushed onto a Dacia by the force of the impact. The property damage is estimated at around 9,000 euros. A 52-year-old driver noticed the situation too late, which meant that other cars could not stop in time. As a result of the accident, five vehicles were damaged and six people were slightly injured. The property damage is estimated at at least 55,000 euros, and the left lane had to be closed for four hours to complete the accident recording. The people concerned were either brought to surrounding hospitals or remained at the scene of the accident.
The police call up all witnesses to report with information to advance the clarification of these incidents.
