She received a call from a supposed bank employee via a landline phone who claimed to have discovered illegal debit on her account. Shortly afterwards she received a message about WhatsApp from a wrong police officer who scared the woman with a story about a suspected thief. To secure evidence, she should get her entire cash from the bank.
