On Friday, April 26, 2025, there was a traffic accident in the main street in Rosenkopf between 11:50 and 5:15 p.m., where an unknown driver fled. The driver grazed a gray Hyundai Tucson parked on the side of the road when driving past, which caused considerable damage of around EUR 4,000 on the rear left vehicle.

The person who caused the accident simply left the damaged car behind and turned out of the dust. The Zweibrücken police inspection asks for information from the population. Witnesses are asked to report by email at pizweibruecken@polizei.rlp.de or by phone at 0631-369 15399.
