A single vehicle can also be punished if the driver ruthlessly and grossly traffic -contrary to traffic in order to achieve the highest possible speed.
The police have now started a call to possible witnesses that could have observed the incident. In particular, the officials are looking for information about the cyclist, which was put in danger by the careless behavior of the car driver.
