Traffic chaos in Detmold: Serious accident on Lemgoer Straße!

Bei einem Unfall in Detmold missachtete eine 30-Jährige beim Abbiegen die Vorfahrt eines anderen Fahrzeugs. Leicht verletzt.

On Tuesday morning, May 6, 2025, there was a traffic accident at the confluence Lemgoer Straße/Brokhauser Straße. Around 7:30 a.m., a 30-year-old driver from Detmold wanted to turn left onto Lemgoer Straße with her Ford Fiesta and overlooked a 37-year-old man who was entitled to a courtyard who was traveling with his Renault Megane in the direction of Lemgo.

The two vehicles collided, which slightly injured the 37-year-old. Both cars were badly damaged and had to be towed, the total damage amounts to around 13,000 euros. Lemgoer Straße was closed until around 8:30 a.m.
