On Tuesday morning, the Kiel police department and the 2nd area in Dietrichsdorf caused excitement during traffic controls at the old Schwentine Bridge. The officers discovered a whopping 130 violations - an alarm sign for traffic safety! Between 06:45 and 8:30 a.m. and from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. they kept the traffic volume in chess.

Particularly frightening: 96 cyclists and e-scooter users ignored the ban and simply drove on the sidewalk-the signage ignores! In addition, 8 speed offenders were reached, 2 drivers ran over a red light, and an incorrigible phone calling while driving. For the culprits, fines are now coming into the house! The population was pleased with the controls, and the Kiel police department plans to repeat such operations regularly in the future. Security is going on!
