Traffic accident on A1: 37-year-old at Emstek slightly injured

Emstek, Deutschland - A traffic accident on Autobahn 1 in the municipality of Emstek caused excitement on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. At 9:00 a.m., a 37-year-old driver from Norderstedt lost control of his vehicle when he wanted to leave the motorway at the Cloppenburg junction. His car raced on the right of the road, crossed the green strip and finally stopped between the outer protection out and a rampart.

The collision, however, had consequences: the driver suffered minor injuries and was immediately taken to the hospital with an ambulance. The Ahlhorn motorway police are now investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
