Kirchheim an der Weinstraße, Deutschland - on Holy Saturday, around 6:50 p.m., a dramatic traffic accident near Kirchheim on the Weinstrasse occurred. A 31-year-old VW Polo driver collided with a 36-year-old motorcyclist who wanted to initiate an overtaking process with his BMW. But the oncoming traffic forced him to return behind the polo, which led to a painful impact on its rear.

The driver of the motorcycle fell and injured himself slightly. He was immediately flown to the hospital with a rescue helicopter for further treatment. The property damage to the vehicles is estimated at several ten thousand euros. The federal road B 271 was closed for about 45 minutes during the accident, which significantly impaired the traffic situation.
