On the evening of April 12, 2025, around 10:00 p.m., a fire broke out in a forest on Landesstraße 160 between Eitze and Luttum. For previously unknown reasons, around 80 square meters of forest were on fire. The fire brigade estimated the damage to an area of ​​around 80 m². In this context, the Verden police urgently searches for witnesses who can provide relevant information. Affected people are asked to report on 04231/806-215.
