In a shocking scene in Groß-Umstadt, an alcoholic 23-year driver was at 11:05 p.m. at 11:05 p.m. when he lost control of his vehicle and collided with two parked cars. While the driver and his two passengers remained unharmed, an 18-year-old passenger had to be taken to the hospital with minor injuries. A breath alcohol test resulted in frightening 3.23 per thousand!
Another driver, 39 years old, was noticed in Dieburg. An attentive witness reported an unsafe car and the police were able to pull the driver out of circulation with alarming 3.8 per thousand.
