In the Lake Constance district, there were several incidents last weekend that required the intervention of the police and fire brigade. Here are the decisive events that could affect public security.
On Friday afternoon, around 4:15 p.m., a traffic accident took place in a parking lot of a shopping market in Bahnhofstrasse in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen. A gray-silver car collided with a parked vehicle and caused damage of around 500 euros. The person who caused the accident was illegally away from the scene of the accident and left his fleeting vehicle with a foreign license plate. Several witnesses who had observed the incident are unknown to the police and are urgently asked to contact the police station in Überlingen on 07551-8040.
persecution trip with an alcoholic driver
Another remarkable event occurred on Saturday afternoon when a spectacular persecution trip took place in the Owingen area and Überlingen. A car, the driver of which apparently ruthlessly behaved, noticed the police. Despite several stamps, among other things through the blue lights and Martinshorn, the driver ignored them and continued his escape. The police found that the fleeting speeds of up to 180 km/h reached while racing through the city and endangering traffic.
Finally, the 54-year-old driver in Überlingen kept on his own, but initially refused to leave his vehicle. When he continued to let the police in his vehicle, the officials saw themselves forced to put a slice to free him. The man was drunk and had no driver's license. During the argument, he insulted and threatened the officials and the emergency services. After taking a blood he had to be accommodated in a specialist clinic, and several investigations are underway for various crimes.fire events in the Lake Constance district
The fire brigade was also called to a room fire in Lower Seestrasse in Langenargen. The fire appeared on Saturday morning and could be deleted quickly. However, property damage of several ten thousand euros occurred. The determination of the cause of the fire is still underway.
In addition, there was a fire of an Audi car on Saturday afternoon in a parking lot in Friedrichshafen-Manzell. The fire spread from the vehicle that was initially affected onto a one below, which led to a total damage to both vehicles. Overall, the damage was around 30,000 euros. The Friedrichshafen fire brigade was on site with 16 emergency services to extinguish the fires.
In the night from Friday to Saturday, the disc of a Postbank branch at Bahnhofplatz in Friedrichshafen was damaged by a stone throw. To clarify the incident, possible witnesses are asked to contact the Friedrichshafen police station on 07541/7010.
