Economic boom in Oberteuringen: Bildschle commercial area is coming!

Oberteuringen, Deutschland - The municipal council of Oberteuringen unanimously decided on the development plan for the Bildschle industrial estate, which is supposed to extend to around 3.7 hectares along Teuringer Strasse. Andreas Gorgol from the Gfrörer office shaped the session with clear facts: the area borders on important protection areas, but is not affected by floods, apart from minimal flooding in extreme events. No petrol stations or residential complexes are planned there, and the maximum permissible building height is set at twelve meters, with an exception for an exercise storm of the fire brigade.

Despite the positive voices, there are also critical comments. Johannes Keller of the free voters expressed concerns about the height and the parking lot situation, while Sabine Müller from the CDU perceives the planning as coherent, but wonders why no living opportunities are intended for operations managers. In the next step, the public hearing is scheduled, in which the citizens can bring in their suggestions. The development plan is the final adoption in a later session before it comes into force.
