Shock accident on the L119: 21-year-olds after collision with tree seriously injured

On Saturday evening, October 5, 2024, a serious traffic accident occurred on the state road 119 between Fickmühlen and Neuenwalde. A 21-year-old woman from Bremerhaven lost control of her Honda Accord Sedan around 6:43 p.m. and raced from the road to the right. The result: a fatal crash with a tree, followed by a dramatic rollover of the vehicle. The young driver was hospitalized with serious injuries. The total damage is estimated at around 15,000 euros.

The cause of the accident remains unclear, the police have started the investigation.
