Shock accident on A7 near Hildesheim: Four cars involved, work will take time!

A serious traffic accident occurred on October 3, 2024 on the A7 towards Kassel, just behind the Hildesheim junction. Around 11:45 a.m., there was a collision between four vehicles when traffic in the construction site area. The drivers had to brake abruptly in the overtaking lane, which led to this serious incident.

The damage is significant: the two vehicles, a Seat and a BMW, were so badly damaged that they were no longer ready to drive and had to be removed by mountains. In addition, operating substances went out that were bound by the Hildesheim professional fire brigade. The Hildesheim motorway maintenance department took care of the cleaning work, which lasted until 3:00 p.m.
