Trips and attacks: arrest warrant against 30-year-old man in Plauen

police issues an arrest warrant against men after attempted manslaughter

An incident in Plauen in the Vogtlandkreis led to an arrest warrant against a 30-year-old man. This had previously become conspicuous several times and was now charged with attempted manslaughter.

The Moroccan was temporarily arrested at the end of May after having rioted on Voßstrasse and injured a 40-year-old by kicks. A few weeks later, he was identified as a suspect because of an attack on a man on Bahnhofstrasse.

Due to his mental state, the accused was housed in a closed station of a hospital at the time. But in the event of a judicial demonstration, an arrest warrant was finally issued against him on Wednesday.

The 30-year-old man was then brought to a correctional facility to wait for his process. The police emphasized the seriousness of the incident and the need to consistently act against such violent acts.
