Serious accident in Bürgermoor: five injured at Crash between van and car

In a dramatic traffic accident in Garrel, more precisely in the Bürgermoor district, five people were injured on Sunday evening! A small van, occupied by three people, crossed the intersection on the Beverbrucher Damm without respecting the right of way of an approaching car. The collision was violent: the car crashed into the van on the side and had the occupants trapped in both vehicles!

The alarmed fire brigade Garrel, supported by the Cloppenburg fire brigade, immediately hurried to help. With combined forces, they freed two people from the van and another person from the car. All injuries were quickly transported to nearby hospitals. The accident vehicles have been badly damaged by the violent impact.
