New addition to the HSC 2000 Coburg: Ukrainian young talent Andrii Kasai joins the team

HSC Coburg wins talented Ukrainian handball talent for the coming season

In a strategic expansion of his squad for the next season, the HSC 2000 Coburg announced that a promising Ukrainian handball talent, Andrii Kasai, could be won for the team. Kasai, who plays in the back space position, brings an abundance of experience and talent after being part of the Motor Zaporizhia squad last season. The 20-year-old Kasai is an emerging talent with an impressive sporting career to date.

The new purchase began his handball career in the youth teams of HC Motor Zaporizhia and was gradually introduced to the professional area. With his impressive talent, Kasai was already able to convince in the youth national teams of Ukraine. His extensive training and gaming experience makes him a valuable reinforcement for HSC Coburg.

trainer Anel Mahmutefendic is optimistic about the future of the young player and emphasizes the importance of continuous development and support. From the coming season, Kasai will be used in both the second team and in the professional team of the HSC and demonstrate his talent.

A special highlight for Kasai will participate in the U20 handball European Championship with Ukraine, before he will fully concentrate on preparation with the HSC Coburg. Kasai expressed his anticipation for the coming season and emphasized his gratitude to be part of the HSC family and to do his best for the common goals.
