Dülmener leads accident vehicle without a driver's license and under the influence of alcohol!

in Coesfeld, a 30-year-old man on Thursday morning (10.10., 02:00 a.m.) was slightly injured at a house on the L580 and reported an accident. The police then found his vehicle in a ditch - totally damaged and obviously rolled over. The man who has no driver's license and had an alcohol value of about 2 per thousand claimed not to have driven. According to his statements, two other people were in the car who had fled after the accident.
